clutter-1.0-tests software package provides Open GL based interactive canvas library (installed test programs), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clutter-1.0-tests
clutter-1.0-tests is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clutter-1.0-tests package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clutter-1.0-tests *
You will get with clutter-1.0-tests package name, version, architecture and description in a table
